Noah Marthey was born July 23 at home in Farmington to his parents Jenae and Josh Marthey thanks to the help of Farmington police, firefighters and EMTs. Allina Health Emergency Medical presented a Stork Award at the Sept. 18 Farmington City Council meeting.
